Muddy Church 16.06.22
Today, we were joined by Matt, Mig and Mark who delivered amazing Muddy Church sessions to the whole school. We began by discussing how God made us all uniquly individual and how we are all interested in different things. We then created mud faces to represent ourselves. As a class, we created a heart showing belief in ourselves, in God and in others. We explored the Fisherman's Friend of Jesus and discussed how the disciples listened and reflect upon their actions prior to accepting advice from God. The children were even able to enjoy some firepit popcorn and song. What a wonderful day!
Muddy Church - 18.03.21
Today we explored our own spirituality with Rev Tracey. We linked our RE learning about the Easter story to Palm Sunday and the Last Supper.
We had some very deep conversations whilst covered in mud! Some children was exploring what it meant to give their life and faith to Jesus.
