Friends of Cheddon School Association (FCSA)

WHO WE ARE AND WHAT’S GOING ON…

When families join our school they are automatically members of the Friends of Cheddon School Association (FCSA). This is an active group that supports the school through a range of fund raising and social activities.

Throughout the year we hold a number of fundraising events .  The money raised through these events and other activities goes directly to supporting the children and enhancing the environment at school.

We need your Christmas clothes!

Does your child have a Christmas jumper, dress or t shirt,  which is now too small? Had the same Christmas jumper for years and looking for a change? Donate it to the FCSA! They are looking to do a pre loved children's Christmas jumper sale on Friday 22nd November at 3pm. There will be a uniform sale and book sale at the same time.
Please being any donations of Christmas jumpers to the office by Wednesday 20th November.

ELFRIDGES IS BACK!
Our much loved tradition Elfridges is back again this year. This means we need to ask for much needed donations to make it work. For those of you that are new to the school, we have put together an image to show you how it works. We have also made a list of the most popular options that the children go for. I’m sorry but we are unable to accept used or perishable items. We can’t wait to host the event again this year as children absolutely love being able to choose a gift for their loved ones.

Christmas Disco (01.12.23)

See the pictures below from our Christmas disco and magic show.  Many thanks to the staff who stayed to support the event after school.  Also, thank you to the FCSA who organised such a fantastic event, the children had so much fun - especially getting 'pied'.

Wreath Making 20.11.23

The FCSA ran their second event of the year, where we asked a local florist, Fiorella Bloom, to lead a wreath making class after school.

It was a lovely evening and some wonderful wreaths were made.  Please do check out Fiorella Bloom on Facebook and Instagram if you need some flowers, she really is excellent.
